Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 17, 2026
Overview
Statisfy, Inc. operates an AI-native customer intelligence platform that helps businesses elevate customer relationships. Our platform aggregates customer data from multiple sources and uses artificial intelligence to derive insights and recommend next steps. This privacy policy provides the framework for how we handle personal data through our services and website, including how artificial intelligence is used in delivering them.
Applicability
This policy applies to personal data collected through our Services and websites, where Statisfy acts as a controller of that data.
It does not govern information processed on behalf of customers under separate agreements. When our customers upload, connect, or otherwise submit data to the Services ("Customer Data"), Statisfy acts as a service provider and processor, and our handling of that data is governed by our agreement with the relevant customer and our Data Processing Addendum, not by this policy. Individuals whose personal data appears in Customer Data should direct requests to the Statisfy customer that controls it; we will assist that customer in responding.

Artificial Intelligence in Our Services
How we use AI
Our Services use AI and machine learning to summarize and analyze customer interactions, generate documents such as briefs, account plans, QBRs and draft communications, produce predictive signals including account health scores, risk indicators and next-best-action recommendations, and automate workflows that customers configure. These features operate on Customer Data supplied or connected by our customers.
AI-generated insights, scores and recommendations are provided to our customers' personnel, who decide what action to take. Statisfy does not use AI to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
We do not train models on Customer Data
Statisfy does not use Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop AI or machine learning models. Customer Data is processed only to generate outputs for the customer that submitted it.
We contractually require our AI service providers not to use Customer Data transmitted through the Services to train or improve their models, and to retain it only as needed to return a response.
AI service providers
To deliver AI features, we transmit data to third-party model providers acting as our subprocessors. A current list of subprocessors, including AI model providers, is available upon request and is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum.
